Built into a bridge over the E6 road, but this does not matter because the windows are triple glazed. The car park is spacious with a petrol station adjacent whose prices are good by local standards. The walk from the Northbound side to reception is rather long. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had only a few patrons when we visited which made it feel rather sterile. The room was very spacious and again a bit sterile. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was large and wide ranging and the views from the tables were impressive. Our one problem was the lift. On one of our two trips in it, when told to take us down from 6 to 5, it paused briefly at 5 then without opening the door took us to 1. We again pressed 5 and on arrival immediately pressed the door open button. This worked but after that we did not use it again! The lift also made worrying creaking sounds.

Located conveniently over the highway. Can be accessed on both side of highway exits (different). Google map insisted to take us one exit past, then back. No need to. I overrode the direction. Got there sooner on the other side (north/East bound). Breakfast was very good. I particularly liked the deviled eggs. Lots of choices. The only part I didn't like was that the room was very hot. We opened the windows, then the road noise was too much. The view from the hotel's public area was great, facing the fjord. Overall, our experience was decent but could be better.
